Work and education are being conducted digitally more and more. Following that trend, Navela's team organized a meeting of the sales and service network through a webinar. The main topics were digital communication and diagnostic tools in after sales, with an overview of the current market situation. 


The Yanmar CRM portal allows all of the market stakeholders to engage in digital communication. From the principal, distributor, certified network, across boatbuilders and boat sellers, all the way to the end user. The goal is creating a rich knowledge base that can be used in providing a fast and professional service to the end user.
