Task description

•  Continuous communication with clients via email and phone call
• Administrative tasks about the sales process (account management, creation of sales documentation)
• Communication with the warehouse and related departments
• Inbound and outbound mail
• Following shipments from arrival to dispatch
• Solving complaints
• Coordination of and collaboration on promotional sales activities
• Collaborating with other members of the sales team

Conditions

• Category B driver's license
• Knowledge of MS Office packages, Dynamics 365 CRM
• Active knowledge of the English language
• Understanding of business processes
• Focus on achieving goals
• Resourcefulness, organization, communication and engagement
• Teamwork

 
Qualifications

BSc and/ or MSc in economy, business, sales , or related segments

Croatian (native)
English (advanced)

• goods income and dispatch
• work within WMS (warehouse management system)
• managing stock: planning, analysis, monitoring
• purchasing of specialized product groups
• preparing and presenting reports
• collaboration with other company departments
• continuous learning and development
• managing company vessels

Conditions

• Category B driver's license
• Knowledge of MS Office packages, Dynamics 365 CRM
• Active knowledge of the English language

• Possession of a license to work with means of storage transport and manipulation

Qualifications

High school degree or BSc in logistics

1-3 years of experience on related job positions
