This week the last series of two-day trainings for Yanmar's sales and service network had ended. Present were also employees of three new sales&service points from different locations such as Novi Vinodolski, Ploče and Dubrovnik.

As until now, the training was divided into theoretical and practical work. The practical work included dealing with the JH-CR engine series with which the sales and service network will have daily encounters during the boating season. Moreover, on the schedule was an introduction in using the oscilloscope as a tool for a more efficient diagnostic and using Yanmar's diagnostic tool SA-D and digital protocols of communication on the new CRM portal.

We have a strong belief that continuous trainings and maintenance at Yanmar's sales and service network on the Adriatic coast will contribute to the end customer's feeling of safety and satisfaction
