Job Description:

  • creating and issuing invoices, delivery notes and supporting documentation
  • monitoring the flow of orders from the initial order to realization
  • checking the correctness of incoming and outgoing invoices (checking data, amounts, VAT)
  • recording and archiving invoices in systems and documentation
  • monitoring overdue receivables and cooperating with the collection department
  • communicating with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and settlements
  • preparing reports on issued invoices and turnover
  • providing administrative support to the finance and accounting department
  • resolving customer complaints and claims
  • ensuring compliance of documentation with applicable regulations and procedures and the upcoming Fiscalization 2.0 law in Croatia
  • other administrative tasks as ordered by the superior and cooperating with other teams within the company and management

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Proficiency in computer use – Office software package, CRM Dynamic 365.
  • BSc in technical or economic sciences
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Attentiveness, organization and responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team and communication skills
  • Sales orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of business protocols and standards and respecting them 
  • Proficiency in English (active knowledge).
  • Willingness to travel for business.
  • Understanding of business processes.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Resourcefulness, dynamism, communication skills, and engagement.
  • Teamwork orientation.

Education:

  • BSc in technical or economic sciences

Required Experience:

  • 1 – 3 years

Languages:

  • Croatian (native, advanced)
  • English (advanced)

Employment Type:

  • Permanent position with a probationary period.
