Navela at Crofish

After the successful cooperation at the international Aquaculture EU 2017 conference which was held from 17th – 20th October in Dubrovnik and at which more than 1,600 participants gathered from the field of mariculture who attended the conference programme and toured the accompanying Trade Show, via the Biograd Boat Show we move to Poreč. There from 26th to 28th October is held Crofish, a fair of fishing and fishing equipment, the 11th so far. It is held in the Žatika sports hall, has an international character and numerous companies participate at it from the fields of fishing, mariculture and sports fishing. Navela will present dedicated mariculture products from its representative range to the 5,000 plus exhibitors and visitors expected to attend. The most interesting exhibit is sure to be the NCL-SE3 robot with its control box, the first robot for cleaning nets that has appeared in Croatia. After carrying out 6,000 working hours at various local fish farmers Navela bought into it, carried out a general overhaul on it and now it serves presentation purposes and is used for shorter tests with interested fish farmers. This is the best way that they can be convinced of its usefulness, efficiency and durability. Besides the NCL-SE3 robot Navela also has on offer a substantially larger robot the NCL-LX, for which, in collaboration with other local and foreign partners, it produces the propulsion units itself. In Poreč, in addition to the robots, we will also exhibit Yanmar’s 4LV engine of 150, 175, and 195 hp which is intended as the drive for light duty commercial vessels and it will also be very interesting for visitors from the fishing and mariculture sectors. It concerns common rail diesel engines to which the latest technological solutions have been applied, and they are characterised by high power and torque, high acceleration, low fuel consumption and an extremely quiet and clean exhaust which surpasses the strict EPA Tier 3 and EU RCD Tier 2 standards and they are installed on large sailboats, tenders for superyachts and small motor vessels.
